Every fertility journey
is different.
The support you need may look different depending on where you are, what you’ve been through, and what you’re carrying.
Seed & Bloom Fertility offers one to one support at different stages of your journey.
SEEDLING
One off support when you need space to talk things through.
Sometimes you don’t need ongoing support. You just need a dedicated space to pause, talk through what you’re experiencing, and feel heard by someone who understands the emotional reality of fertility treatment.
This is for you if you are:
Feeling overwhelmed at the beginning of your journey.
Sitting with a decision that feels difficult.
Processing a disappointing outcome.
Wanting space to talk through where you are and what you’re carrying.
Includes:
One 60 min video session focused entirely on where you are and what you need.
HELD
One to one support throughout your treatment cycle, so you don’t have to carry it on your own.
Fertility treatment is so much more than appointments. It’s the waiting, the phone calls, the blood tests, the scans, the hope, the uncertainty, and everything that happens in between.
Those in between moments can often be the hardest - when questions, emotions, and worries continue but there isn’t always a dedicated space to talk them through.
Held provides consistent emotional support throughout your cycle, so you have someone walking alongside you through the experience - a place to process what you’re feeling, talk through what’s coming up for you, and feel supported along the way.
Includes:
Pre-cycle 60 min video session - to connect, understand where you’re at, and talk through what lies ahead.
Text and phone support throughout your cycle - for the moments between appointments when you just need someone there.
Mid-cycle 60 min video session - to talk through what’s happening and feel supported as things unfold.
Post-cycle 60 min video session - to talk through the outcome together, whatever it may be.
BLOOM
Support through early pregnancy after fertility treatment.
A positive test after fertility treatment can bring so many emotions at once. Disbelief, relief, happiness, worry, and uncertainty can all exist together after such a long road to get here.
Bloom offers a space to talk honestly about the emotions of early pregnancy after treatment, without feeling like you have to navigate them alone.
Includes:
Initial 60 min video session - to talk through where you are at and what support looks like for you.
Text and phone support - for the moments when the fear is loud.
Regular video sessions - consistent check ins as you navigate the early weeks.
PATHWAYS
Support when navigating donor conception.
Whether you’re considering or navigating egg, sperm or embryo donation, donor conception can bring a unique set of emotions, decisions, and questions.
It can be a deeply personal path, and one that isn’t always easy to explain to the people around you.
Pathways provides one to one support as you explore where you are, what you’re feeling, and what this path means for you.
Includes:
Initial 60 min video session - to explore where you are in the process and what you’re carrying.
Support between sessions as questions, decisions and emotions arise.
Ongoing video sessions - to talk through decisions, concerns, and next steps, tailored to where you are in the process.

FAQs
-
Fertility support is a space to talk through the emotional side of treatment with someone who understands both the process and the uncertainty that can come with it.
Seed & Bloom Fertility offers one to one support alongside your existing care, giving you somewhere to process decisions, talk through difficult moments, and feel supported between appointments.
It isn’t about changing the outcome or having all the answers. It’s about not having to navigate the experience entirely on your own.
-
No. Seed & Bloom Fertility is not counselling, therapy, or medical advice, and it doesn’t replace any of those things.
Counselling and psychology are important forms of professional mental health support delivered by qualified practitioners. Seed & Bloom Fertility offers peer support - one to one support from someone with lived experience of fertility treatment and a background in healthcare.
The support is designed to sit alongside your clinical and psychological care, not instead of it.
If you’re already seeing a psychologist or counsellor, Seed & Bloom can complement that support. If you’re not, it is not intended to replace professional mental health care.
-
The people around you care - and that matters. But support from loved ones and support from someone with lived experience can serve different purposes.
With family and friends, you may sometimes find yourself protecting their feelings, explaining what you’re going through, or feeling like you need to reassure them.
With someone who understands fertility treatment firsthand, you can speak openly about the difficult moments without needing to explain why they feel so significant.
Seed & Bloom isn’t a replacement for your support network. It’s something different alongside it.

No. The Seedling session exists for exactly this reason - it’s a single session with no ongoing commitment.
You can reach out, have a session, and decide what feels right from there.
If you decide ongoing support would be helpful, there are options available. If a single session is all you need, that’s completely okay too.
-
Ther’s no right time. Some people reach out before treatment begins, others in the middle of a cycle, after disappointing news, while facing a difficult decision, or during early pregnancy after treatment.
If you’re in it - whatever stage that looks like for you - that’s reason enough.
