Hi, I’m Sally.
I created Seed & Bloom Fertility after going through years of fertility treatment myself.
It was a complex, at times gruelling journey that took unexpected turns and led me down paths I never imagined I’d be walking.
At the end of it all, my daughter finally arrived.
Throughout that journey, I realised that while there was excellent clinical care available, there wasn’t always someone who understood what it actually felt like to live through fertility treatment day after day, or the emotional load that comes with trying to build a family.
I wanted to create a space where people feel understood, supported and a little less alone as they navigate fertility treatment. That’s how Seed & Bloom Fertility came to be.
IN SIMPLE TERMS
Seed & Bloom Fertility offers one to one emotional support through fertility treatment from someone with lived experience and a background in healthcare.
Think of it like a doula, but for fertility treatment.
It sits alongside your clinical care, offering a space to talk through your experience and feel supported through the emotional reality of treatment.
This is not counselling or medical advice. It is support grounded in lived experience, designed to complement the care you are already receiving.
MY BACKGROUND
Starting my career as a nurse, I supported people through cancer treatment and learned what it means to walk alongside people through long, uncertain and emotionally difficult experiences.
In the years since, I’ve worked across a range of healthcare roles, and what I’ve learned is that while clinical care is essential, the experience of being a patient matters too.
Going through my own fertility journey gave me a different perspective again. This time, I was the patient.
That combination is what shapes how I support people today.
